Did you know that your registration is incomplete until the Registrar receives payment and the entry form in advance of the deadline? Mailing or faxing just the form without payment is not completing the entry process.

Pre-register by mail to avoid long lines and reserve your permanent number. Did you know that entry forms and payment received by the deadline assures you get to run your permanent number? Avoid that ugly racer tape! Get the Entry form in early!

Fill out your registration form completely. Entrants and drivers cause the long lines at registration when they send in partially filled out entries. All spaces on the form need to be completed.

Have your photo ID, license or novice permit ready in hand. No license, no racin'!

Postmark your registration form by the deadline to avoid an additional charge and the really long line at the late entry window. A savings of a few jugs of fuel!

Be sure to put your Transponder Number on the entry form. Nothing would be worse than to break the track record and not have it count!!

Take care of your crew and guests. Have you ever seen the face of someone showing up to change your tires and find that they are not listed on the entry form? It's not a pretty sight. So if mom or dad, crew or sponsor plan to watch you race, put their names on your entry form before you send it to the registrar. You can always change or add to your crew list later. Tell your crew the hours registration will be open so that they can plan their travel/arrival plans.

Driver and/or car changes sometimes happen, particularly in the enduro series. One driver or car change is permitted at no extra charge. Additional changes will be assessed a $25.00 fee for each change.

If for some reason you are unable to put your car on the track, whether the problem is physical or mechanical, contact the Registrar before you leave the racetrack and let her know so that she can process a refund. The policy of the region regarding refunds is that you will be refunded your entry fee "if you have not put a car on the track". That's all the more reason to have your car and yourself prepared prior to arrival!
